When a missing young woman, Christina, suddenly reappears in the Mexican desert, her peculiar death threatens to unearth a horrific secret. Turner, a deep-cover spy, reaches out to his superior, the machiavellian General, to warn him of a potential breach in one of their clandestine labs - an abandoned factory now home to heinous human experimentation. And a routine traffic stop turns deadly, forever changing the life of a young lawman, Cotton.

Cotton reminisces about a family trip with his wife and son…before remembering the awful truth. Turner’s surveillance reveals the identity of the dead, young woman, and a possible investigation by the FBI. Turner engages his deadliest agent, Wicks, to travel to New Mexico and shadow the corpse and autopsy. The General is informed that the dead girl is actually his granddaughter Christina, unwittingly abducted by his own organization and taken to the factory the year prior. Cotton stumbles upon a late-night liquor store robbery, only to discover that the perpetrators, Alex and Angel, are also the same two that attacked him and murdered his family.

During a flashback a tourist bus is forced off the road in the dark of night in the Mexican desert. A group of college co-eds, including Christina and James, are abducted and taken to The Factory. Turner eavesdrops as FBI Agent Taylor informs Senator Perkins of his daughter’s sudden reappearance and subsequent death. Christina’s body arrives in New Mexico for an autopsy as Wicks follows in the shadows, planting a bug to listen in. FBI Agent Williams arrives in the small town to observe the proceedings and report back his findings. The coroner stuns Agent Williams with his horrifying diagnosis regarding Christina’s demise.
TEASER • EPISODE FOUR • SANCTUARY
Christina and James escape their captors at The Factory and struggle across the vast desert during a moonless night, but only one of them survives the journey. As fugitive Nazi Der Russe awaits the return of his escapees, he learns of an old Nazi colleague’s whereabouts. Wicks listens in on the shocking revelations of the autopsy. A young Mexican woman, Yada, deceives her family and sneaks across the border for a new job - stripping at a seedy border town bar. After Williams updates Agent Taylor on the astonishing progress in New Mexico, the coroner makes another, even more ghastly discovery. Der Russe visits the lowest depths of his clandestine factory, and the experiments that reside within his lab.
TEASER • EPISODE FIVE • DEVIL’S BLOOD
Upon James return to the factory, Der Russe resumes his latest experiment. In an effort to cover their trail, Mustache dispatches Sideburns to New Mexico to recover Christina’s corpse. Cotton finds Alex and Angel in New Mexico where they are in the midst of another robbery. El Sangre del Diablo, a famous ex-luchador, visits the border town strip club where a newly arrived Yada is about to make her dancing debut. Cotton calls home before confronting Alex and Angel. Reminding him of his estranged granddaughter, Sangre approaches Yada after her vomit-inducing premiere. A terrible confluence of events brings Cotton, Angel, Alex, Sangre and Yada together in a violent showdown.

Agent Taylor explains to Senator Perkins that his daughter’s death is now being considered a homicide. Turner pushes Wicks to get results. Sangre teams up with Cotton in hopes of rescuing Yada. Sideburns arrives at the coroner’s office, plotting a way to steal Christina’s corpse despite the presence of the FBI. Turner and the General devise a plan to cover up their involvement in Christina’s death. Senator and Mrs Perkins fly to New Mexico to view their daughter’s remains, but quickly realize something is awry. Following her autopsy Christina’s body is taken down to the morgue where a series of chilling events soon unfold.
